Congratulations to Yeung Tsz Shan from Wise 6 for being awarded the ‘CUHKFAA Scholarship’. For years she is one of the top 3 students across the whole form and has achieved outstanding academic performance. She has devoted herself actively to service. When she was in S5, she was the class monitress, vice-chairperson in the volunteer team, a committee member in the Chemistry and Biology Club. She also has remarkable performance in debating and leadership. She was awarded the best debater in Hong Kong Secondary Schools Debating Competition. In addition, she was selected for the ‘Hong Kong 200’ Leadership Project and served as the team leader, which enabled her to continue developing her leadership skill. Because of her distinguished performance in various aspects, she was nominated to receive the Outstanding Student Award and participated in the ‘Shatin District Outstanding Student Election’.
The award presentation ceremony of ‘CUHKFAA Scholarship’ was held on 11th September, 2021 in The Chinese University of Hong Kong. The awardees received a $4000 scholarship. The scholarship aims at recognizing and appreciating outstanding students studying in the subsidiary schools of the Association as well as to establish role models among students.
