In order to encourage S1 students to participate in the English lunch-time activities, English Department specially arranged a series of S1 English Scrabble activities. The activities took place eight times in total, with half of the class invited to participate each time. During the activities, the members of the English Society introduced the game rules, regulations, and scoring methods in English. The participating students enjoyed themselves as they racked their brains to come up with high-scoring words. These activities aim to cultivate students' interest in Scrabble.
