To understand local tourist spots, 18 of our students studying Tourism and Hospitality Studies went to Central and Sheung Wan for an on-site field trip on 29th July. In addition, they visited Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Shatin on 28th October. Through the staff’ detailed explanation, they had a better understanding of the hotel facilities, operating strategies as well as the arrangement in response to the pandemic.
