‘Act Together Against Disease – Free CUHK Hand Rub Distribution’ was sponsored by The Federation of the Alumni Associations of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, supported by CUHK School Heads Alumni Association and The Education Foundation of the Federation of the Alumni Associations of the CUHK, and collaborated by Office of Student Affairs and Alumni Affairs Office of the CUHK.
Playing a part of the CUHK, it was our school’s honour to be invited to participate in this meaningful event, in which we also share the joy by serving the community of Ma On Shan that day. The alcohol hand rubs were made by a team of volunteers, including the alumni of CUHK, parents and the teaching staff of our school. 1200 bottles of hand rubs were distributed to the residents of the community in the afternoon on 7th March 2020.
The activity was responded enthusiastically, with all the 1200 hand rubs successfully distributed in a short time. We hope that the event has helped the people in need in our community and we will act together to fight against the disease with all the other people in society.
