In line with the Education Bureau's civic education work, and to strengthen our cadet members' basic footdrill skills, our school's Hong Kong Air Cadet Corps, along with other uniformed groups and other squadrons, participated in the 2024 Chinese-style Footdrill Training organized by the Hong Kong Air Cadet Corps, with training provided by the People's Liberation Army Hong Kong Garrison.
We are honored to have received personal guidance from the People's Liberation Army Hong Kong Garrison on Chinese-style footdrill for our students. Despite the hot weather on the day, our cadets still diligently followed the instructions and actively participated in the drill training, learning the basic formations, standing at attention, marching in step, saluting, and other Chinese-style drill movements. There were also other uniformed groups learning standard marching and flag-raising ceremony on site. The event really opened the eyes of our cadets and allowed them to personally experience the solemnity and unity of Chinese-style drill.
